Welcome to Longtogel. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Longtogel ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at https://longtogel.cam and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Longtogel is operated under international gaming oversight and is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and responsible gambling environment for eligible players. By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing wagers, or participating in promotions — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To register for and use a Longtogel Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Longtogel does not permit registration by or gambling activity involving any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or close family member of such individuals employed by Longtogel or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or otherwise permanently excluded from the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must not register more than one Account. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, and your mobile phone number. You may also be required to provide your full legal name and date of birth for KYC compliance. All information provided must be accurate and must belong to you personally — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Longtogel strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account and using a unique password not shared with any other online service. You must notify Longtogel's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Longtogel shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials, except where such breach is directly attributable to Longtogel's own systems failure.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, Longtogel reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit all Balances without prior notice.

4.4 KYC and Verification

Longtogel will require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include a copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of request may result in Account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Longtogel accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Longtogel does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 30 seconds. Longtogel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification prior to first withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the Account holder's own name. Longtogel will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Standard processed withdrawals target a 15-minute completion window under normal operating conditions; however, withdrawal times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Longtogel reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal of unusual size or where fraud prevention protocols are triggered.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, and reward credits offered by Longtogel are subject to individual promotion-specific terms which shall be presented to you at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any portion of those funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) and the period within which the requirement must be satisfied will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bet Restrictions During Active Bonuses

• While Bonus Funds are active, individual wager amounts may be capped (typically between MYR 50 and MYR 500 per bet or spin). Placing wagers above the applicable cap may void the bonus.
• Game contribution rates vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) contribute 10–20%; certain excluded games contribute 0%.
• Longtogel reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or system exploitation is identified.

6.4 One Bonus Per Person

Each welcome bonus and any single-use promotional offer is limited to one claim per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and may lead to Account closure.

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers

Longtogel reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its absolute discretion and without any obligation to provide reasons. A wager is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Wagers placed but not confirmed due to technical failure are not considered valid.

7.2 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting markets offered by Longtogel include but are not limited to: Malaysian Liga Super, Football Association of Malaysia Cup, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC/MMA, badminton, esports (DOTA 2, CS2, Mobile Legends), and other markets as published on the Platform. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Longtogel reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time.

7.3 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, erroneous pay-table displays, software malfunctions, or connectivity failures — Longtogel reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the staked amount to the Account holder's Balance. Longtogel shall not be liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from such errors.

7.4 RNG and Game Integrity

All casino games on the Platform that rely on random outcomes utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or player.

The following actions are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Operating multiple Accounts or colluding with other Account holders to circumvent platform limits or extract promotional value;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms in bad faith;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or source code;
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity that is illegal under Malaysian or international law;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward Longtogel staff or other users;
• Exploiting any identified software bug, glitch, or vulnerability to obtain an unfair advantage rather than reporting it to Longtogel immediately;
• Making chargebacks or reversals on payment transactions without first exhausting the dispute resolution process with Longtogel's support team.

9.1 Suspension by Longtogel

Longtogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected, or that suspension is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

9.2 Funds Upon Closure

Where an Account is closed by Longtogel due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, Longtogel reserves the right to void all pending wagers and forfeit the Account Balance. Where an Account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, real-money funds will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe following successful KYC verification.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting Longtogel's support team. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, all pending wagers will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal. Voluntary closure does not affect any self-exclusion obligations or responsible gambling commitments previously registered.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game interfaces, betting markets, data feeds, and the overall compilation and arrangement thereof — is the intellectual property of Longtogel or its duly licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from Longtogel.

The Longtogel name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks — including for promotional, commercial, or reputational purposes — is strictly prohibited.

11.1 No Warranties

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Longtogel does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components at all times.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Longtogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity — even if Longtogel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability

Longtogel's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to a maximum of MYR 10,000.

11.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Longtogel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Longtogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity, accessible directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum loss thresholds over defined timeframes to protect against unplanned spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Apply a temporary self-suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you will not be able to deposit or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for the minimum agreed period (6 months or 1 year). This restriction cannot be reversed early under any circumstances.

Longtogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material in nature, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to your registered email address.

The date of the most recent revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.3.

Longtogel also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, betting market, payment method, or promotional offer at any time without liability, subject to the settlement of any legitimately placed wagers already accepted prior to such modification.

14.1 Applicable Law

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of Longtogel's operating licence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction of residence.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and Longtogel, you are required to first submit a written complaint to our support team via the contact details in Section 15, providing full details of the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates, and the resolution sought. Longtogel undertakes to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to respond substantively within 5 business days.

14.3 Escalation

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct engagement with Longtogel's support team, it may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism available under Longtogel's operating licence framework. Details of the applicable escalation process are available on request from our support team.

14.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.
